Let's see...

Gerard Beale
Joel Clinton
Dale Copley
Israel Folau
Alex Glenn
Justin Hodges
Ben Hunt
Nick Kenny
Darren Lockyer
PJ Marsh
Andrew McCullough
Josh McGuire
Steve Michaels
Corey Parker
Lagi Setu
Ashton Sims
Michael Spence
Ben Te'o
Sam Thaiday
Will Tupou
Peter Wallace
Palmer Wapau
Antonio Winterstein
Jharal Yow Yeh

Few questions about the bolded players....
Has Lagi Setu been signed for next season?
I have heard Will Tupou won't be with us next year...
I don't personally think Palmer will be in the top 25, or in the broncos plans - maybe as a fill in like he has been this year but nothing more..

I think our list has been very poorly managed for a while now, specifically in the forwards. It was painfully obvious that once Webcke, Petero, Thorn and Tunza would all go within a year or 2 of each other and that there would be no middle aged 100-150 game players to fill the void.

The club never fully replaced your Meyers, Webbs and Carlaws. Whilst agreed none of them had a place at the Broncos, players of similar experience needed to be bought in.

I'd be close to Cullens biggest critic on here.. but you guys do realise that there would be others behind the scenes that would have just as big, if not a bigger say on recruitment than him.

Man that list is by far our weakest ever. I agree with whoever suggested we turn Parker back into a prop. He has been ordinary as a running backrower

I really like the sound of turning Parker back into a prop...

Who would u bench though? Clinton/Kenny?

8. Parker
10. Clinton

14. Kenny
15. McGuire

?

If Parker shapes up I would play Clinton Kenny and Parker. McGuire still needs another season on the fringes.
Backrow would be Thaiday, Teo, Setu And Glenn at lock.

I do think Glenn needs to be fulltime lock next season.. I can't see Parker resorting back to the front row but worth a look I guess.

Where are you gonna fit your hooker?

Why would you turn Parker back into a prop? He is a better backrower and makes more tackle busts roaming around rather than straight in the middle of the field.

Our forwards will get dominated half the time... man... the good old days where we would win like 80 percent of our forward battles and at the very least put up a good fight.

Sheesh - This year and beyond you just don't know what to expect in the forwards...

Usually between the 2 props Jeb. [icon_razz1

What I meant to say was Parker Clinton and Kenny rotating.

1 because we have few props at this stage

2 because he is an average backrower

He is about 10kgs too light to be a front rower and he is far more effective as a backrower. Look at his stats!

If you think he is average as a backrower I have no idea how you could think he would make a decent prop.

PLs post his stats here. I'd like to see the stat where he puts someone on there arse and establishes a little dominance, or how many times he pokes through the line to get an effective offload away, not just dribble one out the back.

At least he has taken the reverse lights off his arse this year.

Stats?!?! GAH! His tackle rate doesn't show how many flops he does...and it's Fitzgibbon-esque.

He's 10kg too light because he's spent the last 4 years shedding 10kg. When he first came into first grade he was the size, weight and build of a prop and he was far more effective.

However, IMO he doesn't even need to go that far. Put on a bit more size and play in the 12 shirt as the "up the middle" back rower. Thaiday stays running wide on the right, and let Ben Te'o run wide on the left.

We still need a prop, but Josh McGuire could step up as the bench option there.

I just think it's a waste of time and I don't see it happening. It would not be too hard to pick up a couple of decent props. Straight up we could pick up Shane Tronc, Fui Fui Moi Moi, Todd Payten, Matt Bell, Danny Williams or Scott Geddes. I think we need a couple of props as a minium fair enough we have some good young props coming through but you really need some experience up front. Even Scott Logan for a year while you let McGuire and others mature. You would think Clinton would be the experience we need but he is not exactly a leader!

Why the hell are people talking about getting Shane Tronc? The bloke is as average as they come.
