The Knights are in some good form, Mullen is playing very well at the moment.

Playing in Newcastle on a Friday night isn't the easiest thing either. One of the most vocal crowds in the comp.

With respect i think the two situations are not all comparable.
And if we lose this game doesnt mean we will miss the 8. We are still in with a realistic chance at top 4. if we win one more game then for us to miss the 8 would need warriors, manly to win 2 more and eels to win 3 more or the rabbitohs winning 2 more but i dont reckon they can.

Lockyer will play because if he doesn't I don't think we cna make the 8. Also doubt Hodges will play. Need to get Sims in the team if he is fit. Our props make little impact especially Dodds. McGuire has been going off I 'd be happy to see him start.

Mullen is out with broken ribs, I doubt he'll be back next week and that might just save us, unless Henjak gets his act together!

Knights have been decent lately, they will be a tough ask. IH better have learnt his lesson and start Norman or Hunt at 5/8th and keep him there.

IMO we should play Hunt and Wallace in the halves with Macca hooker and Glenn as his relief if Lockyer doesn't come back. If Hodgo could get a stint, it would be even better looking at finals footy, because while they're all very talented, our youngsters are starting to show their age in their decision making, and need an experienced, calculated and cunning player to settle them down...

I've said this before, but I seriously hope the Warriors seriously bash the hell outta the Knights, so they face us battered and bruised, AND with nothing to play for!

For some reason this is the game out of the remaining 3 that I'm least confident about. Lose this and we're a bee's shlong away from being gone for the year I reckon, which would be hugely disappointing after the amazing effort to get ourselves back into contention after a forgettable start to the season.
