It just looks like a good old fashioned Mexican stand off to me. Both sides would benefit from the deal, or they wouldn't even be discussing it. I have a feeling it will happen.

I agree this is what it seems like. You have to admire our bravado and misplaced confidence with all things considered. I mean White and co have been responsible for some of the worst deals in recent memory and all of a sudden he thinks he can bluff Melbourne.

it would be like me coming up against Usain Bolt on the race track and giving him a head start.
