End of Game Pressers

Anyone seen a media release anywhere about why captains are excused from press conferences in 2019?

The talk is all about how players need to be partners in growing the game but I can’t see why leaving them out of the end of game presser helps in that regard!

I don't mind it, the media have been provided more access to interview players after the game and it prevents coaches from deflecting tough questions to their captain.
