They're never going to give a penalty in that situation, but the refs should have at least told them to get back. Had no intention of making it a fair game though. They're either inept or biased. I'll be generous and let them pick which.

Though the whistleblowers were actually reasonably good on the weekend, so I'm not sure I could go with incompetence.
