Dammit, Josh Jackson got in. Much stronger defence for having him included.

Not surprised the Hayne Pain is back though.

Who's cereal did Vaughan shit in?

I'm very thankful that there's no Vaughan & Roberts, replace Jackson & Dugan with those 2 and it's a near unbeatable team.

You still get the feeling that Pearce will shit the bed somehow.

Strongest team in a while. Very disappointed they didn't select Farah or Wallace.
Very glad Roberts & Vaughn missed out.

Very glad Roberts & Vaughn missed out.

Wallace is out for 6 weeks.

I don't just get a feeling. I know. That try he scored at the death there against the Bulldogs had him oozing with misplaced confidence. He'll get snotted back to reality the first time he runs the ball against Queensland and quickly remember why club games are not even in the same stratosphere. There will be copious bed-shitting from there. I predict at least one kick out on the full, two grubbers that go dead, and one where he gets tackled before he can even get the ball away and he drops it and it dribbles a few feet along the ground pathetically.

I'm also looking forward to that run of his that he does in the opposition 10, where he steps hard off his right foot and gets folded like a cheap piece of paper.

I liked this post, then unliked it just so I could like it again.

That's a pretty good all round team and that bench is a killer. This is going to be a very tough/close game.

I feel we hold the advantage in the spine and back row positions and they have us covered in front row, outside backs and bench.

Smith and Cronk should be good enough to get us home, it's going to be a cracker.

1 James Tedesco Not going as well as last year

4 Jarryd Hayne Top Cat
5 Brett Morris
6 James Maloney
7 Mitchell Pearce Bedshitting Cat

14 David Klemmer Big Cat

The rest can go a bit but I'm glad they didn't pick Vaughn and Boyd they would be hard to handle on consecutive rucks.
I was really hoping they would stick with Farah and Merrin.
If JT plays we win if not it could be interesting.

This will be a tough game to watch. Our forward pack doesn't have the punch to make serious meters and there could be a lot of scrambling defence.

Our forwards need to compete and withstand NSW. Would also be nice to get an early try and play from in front

NSW centre Josh Dugan is under strict medical advice from St George-Illawarra to sit out all contact drills until 24 hours before State of Origin I as he recovers from a fractured cheekbone suffered in last month’s Anzac Test.
The revelation will have a major impact on the Blues’ preparations ahead of Wednesday week’s game at Suncorp Stadium.
The Daily Telegraph has learned that as a result of conversations with Dragons medical staff prior to Dugan’s selection on Monday night, the NSWRL will need to consider eliminating the Blues strike weapon’s involvement in all contact sessions once he enters camp in Kingscliff on Tuesday afternoon.
Wow, what a surprise.
