Origin coach Craig Bellamy blew it last night. It was obvious for all to see that halfback Peter Wallace wasn’t up to it but the coach did nothing about it. At that point it was like lambs to the slaughter. A lot of people will want to blame the selectors today but the Storm coach got the team he wanted and has to accept as much as anyone else for succumbing to his second successive series loss.

Not to mention this little beauty after the NSW Team was selected:

The selection of Trent Barrett for Origin II is a masterstroke.

He will smash through the Maroons’ weakest link – the flimsy defence of old Darren Lockyer.

Phil Rothfield is a dickhead, so please do. He didn't post my rant after the Trent Barrett comment and I was pretty much on the money after tonights performance. How does he keep his job writing the crap he does is beyond me?

Trent Barrett smashing us? So it was a Phil Rothfield directive....I couldn't imagine Bellamy telling him to break his key Storm player's jaw [icon_lol1.

lol I read Rothfield for entertainment. Barrett's selection was totally a concession that they botched Campese's selection in Origin 1. It was a step in the wrong direction and I'm hoping the selectors regret it.
