Have another sook Ricky

I don't even know how to reply to this. He's a contracted columnist with the Telegraph. He writes a column every week, whether it's Origin time or not. That's like saying that the Maroons players should be filthy at Mal for packing fruit in his downtime.

I doubt Mal is doing much fruit packing at this time of year and he isn't spending time on meetings with refereeing officials all his Origin related time is positive and around his players. Fact is NSW are severely lacking points and they did the wrong thing in not sacking Pearce and if they are fair dinkum Stuart should be spending every minute that is Origin related devoted to getting his 1,6,7,9 and 13 ready with plans on how they can score points that aren't gifted by QLD mistakes because guys like Slater and Boyd won't hand them points too often the rest of the series if at all. Stuart should shelve his article at this time of year, but he is such a arrogant and pig headed man that he can't resist but take pot shots at QLD when he really should be focused on unlocking our defence.

It makes perfect sense. Qlders have spent the past few years trying to claim that NSW fans don't care about Origin, and lack passion to support their team... and when we get upset about a loss, we're mocked and ridiculed, as though we should've responded with a stiff upper lip and a "jolly good show".
It's a complete contradiction of expectations, which Queenslanders embrace because it allows them to carry on pretending that they care more about the game because, after all, the NSW fans aren't really upset, they're just "whinging".

Now it makes sense ... should have written that in the first place..
