Mead and Asiata are our best signing of the season!!! Mead deserves a lot of respect. Isnt playing to a big pay cheque, but puts in and fights on field. Hodges type of character.

100% agree. I wasnt a fan of signing mead but he has been very good for us so far.
 
Isaako is starting to remind me of a Krisnan Inu type. He holds your attention every time he plays by everything he does either being brilliant or frustrating. This season no game has finished with anyone thinking “gee Isaako was quiet tonight”

I really liked Mead's stability in his first stint with us, and I've been probably even more impressed with him this year so far. He's not going to win any best player awards but he's solid, stable, reliable and consistent. You know what you're going to get, he always gives his all. Definitely, for mine, a very important part of our squad atm and an astute signing.

To be fair, Turpin has fallen off a cliff. No energy and he looks laboured out there every 2nd set.

It is a pattern with him. Looks great first week back after a break / injury. Proceeding weeks are all average and then he gets himself injured.

Herbie was good the whole game even when we looked like a joke, Isaako's first try was 60 mins into the game.

Plus he ended up setting up a pearler for Dearden which would of sealed it.

Isaako vs Farnworth is definitely hard.

Farnworth was great for the whole game, and was consistently looking likely.
Isaako was average for the first 60 minutes, but then when the game needed a big play, he produced it. Twice in a row.
For the first 60 minutes, none of the plays were looking effective, the forwards weren't exactly dominating. It took a big individual play to break the Bulldogs spirits.
So Isaako wins it for me.

technically Isaako won the game for us in the first half with his penalty goal 😛
