as much as i love inglis as a player, if he came to us we probably wouldnt have had the jack reed that we have today. while he'll never be the attacking dynamo that inglis can be, hes already showing that hes more consistent and can create opportunities for himself and his outside man.

No doubt Inglis is a match winner on his day, but I would have serious concerns about his attitude and the effect of it on all our young fellas. Not only do I not have any regrets about his Souths defection, I'm positively happy about it.

I'm actually HAPPY we didn't get him. Honestly Jack Reed is an awesome player, creates heaps of opportunities for his wingers and knows how to find the line and catch a high ball himself.

If Inglis is happy with his decision then good for him because that makes the two of us happy :)

Aye, we got Reed for a fraction of the price and he's taken every opportunity with both hands while we've been allowed to retain all our youngsters and sign on Civoniceiva.

Pretty bloody good.

Souths got great value from him didn't they? He spent half the season injured and fat, he's gone when they need him most and ate up so much of the cap they lost the one player who has been saving their arse all year.

Hodges is in the same boat I agree. I am not a fan because he is a ball hog, and lot of his injury problems seem preventable if he would do the necessary work.
