NRL.com have reported that Walters has signed a 3 year contract as a Broncos assistant and that Kearney will stay an assistant.
 
So Kearney officially gone?
 
I'm not even 100% sure what Kearney did... but he better do a different role. Unless it was just carrying drinks and cutting up oranges.

I thought he was the defensive coach?
 
Bennett, Walters Barker, Hickmans and Kearney are the coaching staff.

Wasn't he assistant coach? So do we now have two of those?

Truth be told I'm kind of worried Walters might be a succession plan, I'm not sure I want him as head coach but I do see value in him as assistant coach.

I'm OK with this. Hard to really be all that vocal about assistant coaches.
 
I'm not really sold on Walters being the successor to Bennett
