Lions and Broncos both to have new coaches in 2009

Leigh Matthews has stood down from the Lions. So that'll be interesting, both clubs with new coaches in 2009 after long stints with the same bloke.

Matthews is doing the right thing IMO. Has been a fantastic coach for the Lions and a great mentor to the youngins in the squad. But, it's probably time for some new blood. Brisbane will never forget him as the coach of the infamous 3 in a row premierships [eusa_clap.gi icon_thumbs_u Good luck to him.
