Asked by Chris L whether the Blues would make changes for Origin II, Lockyer wrote:

I think Locky realises QLD has the measure of the Blues side from game 1, especially in the forwards, so would love Ricky to stick with it (particularly the front row). I think it's very clever from Locky.
