Yep I think the snap is the ‘broadstroke’ that he thinks is needed to get the universe down to 50% capacity and then ‘small adjustments’ to maintain ‘balance’ will suffice after that.

To me he destroyed the infinity stones to ensure no-one (that we have yet met) could undo his handiwork...

What didn’t make sense was that he also killed half of the animals, meaning the food the planets (do other planets eat animals?) was also halved. I liked in the comic that he did this all to impress Death. Not sure how it would have translated to a movie though

Too bad they didn't kill off Spider Man.

It's not Spider Man I have an issue with, it's the annoying piss ant irritating fucking **** of an actor they have chosen to play him.

Also I thought if Dr Strange told Stark if that was the 1 in 14 million chance then it wouldn't happen?

He reveals that to him, and yet nothing happens.

So why couldn't he just use his finger the first time when Stark asked?

What a douche.

How can you have a problem with Tom Holland? He is fantastic in the role.

And if you have a problem with Strange giving Tony the finger when he did, I feel you may have missed the entire point of Tony's journey from being a selfish jerk to the guy willing to sacrifice himself for the team.

But seriously, how can you have a problem with Holland? It seems you don't get superheroes at all.

How do you guys see Feige and Marvel handling the X-Men reboot? Wonder if they will go down the route they did with the Avengers and mostly give their main cast their own movies like Iron Man/Thor/Captain America to set it all up, or will they just give them cameo's in other peoples movies ( Wolverine in a Hulk movie like his comic debut ). I think because the X-Men are so widely known, they will probably just give them their own standalone movie and not a string of origin movies.

Dunno. Hope we don’t get a bunch of new origin stories... I think that would start a major decline for Marvel.

Ensemble films and tv series I think will be the way they are brought in, perhaps with cameos in the main MCU series.
