He got 10k first offence, did the same thing again they doubled the fine. Fair enough, you get double demerit points if you get hit for the same thing twice as well. He's on 400k+ 20k is not all that much for him, the equivalent of someone on 100k getting a 5k fine.

2000 tickets at $22 is more then 22k, don't know what figures the paper are going on about..
Didn't Joel Clinton get fined 50k for an indiscretion whilst at the Broncos ? That would most likely be the biggest. if not one of the biggest fines in the NRL.
Apparently Jennings is making 600k according to an article published in the courier mail today..if true, that's absolutely ridiculous, what a waste!

Great idea to get him to give away $40000 worth of free tickets. Gus is an idea's man. I'm sure he won't want to see a Jarryd Hayne scenario happening with Jennings.
