Plus, in my opinion, the film that one best picture wasn’t even that great.

    Can’t wait for Captain Marvel

  2. I'm really looking forward to CM. I know GOTG has aliens but we're finally getting a good look at the two biggies in the Kree and Skrulls. I'll be taking a day off the week after release to see it.

90's is easily the best era for movies. There's so much crap in the cinemas these days and the cherry on top is all the superhero ones.

    The 90s??

There’s a reason the 1930s-50s was called the Golden Age of cinema.

The 90s had some masterpieces, no more (possibly less) than most other eras.

  5. Do you guys think Deep Impact or Armageddon is better?

Deep Impact has Morgan Freeman and also doesn't have Ben Affleck.

Deep impact purely for the guy reading the newspaper.

  8. You mean the bloke in New York who seems entirely disinterested in the 100m tall tsunami that's coming straight for him?

  9. Armageddon is the correct answer, primarily because of Steve Buscemi, Michael Clarke Duncan, Ken Hudson Campbell & Owen Wilson. Great supporting cast.

Although, on the flip side, I'm a fan of anything that James Cromwell is in, he's such an underrated actor.

    90's masterpieces> any other era's masterpieces.

I mean, they are essentially exactly the same movie.

That is a challenge I would absolutely take on if I had the time which I don't.

Good to throw those sorts of questions out there:

Batman v Superman or Captain America: Civil War?

  17. Civil War hands down.

The fact you even asked this question has me questioning your taste in movies.

Civil War was better but I enjoyed Batman vs Superman more than most people it seems.

To be fair, they are essentially the same movie.
