The teams are in ahead of Magic Round.

The biggest news is out at the Dragons, where Hook has axed Zac Lomax and made a host of changes to the side. On the whole, I believe he's picked a better team and I like that he's gone with two proper edge forwards. The only selection that has me confused is Moses Mbye keeping his spot over Liddle. Maybe I'm missing something, but Liddle is a weapon out of dummy half and I would have persisted with him.

In his defence, with Lomax out of the team, they are without a recognised goal-kicker. So Mbye and Sullivan both fill that role whenever they come onto the field.

I'm curious to see how the Feagai twins go. They haven't quite followed the same trajectory as last season, but they have a ton of potential and maybe a better fit than either Lomax and Suli.

7News understands that the Dolphins are set to debut Valynce Te Whare against the Sharks. When Connelly Lemuelu was asked why his team mates were all congratulating Te Whare, he told reporters Valynce had just caught his first ever fish on the weekend.

He is playing for or against the Phins?

I hope the Tigers continue playing the way they played against the Panthers.

Doing the basics right, completing your sets, kicking well and defending well. Centralizing their attack and having Api as the vocal point of their attack, it took pressure off Brooks and allowed him to take a back seat and he had a good game as a result.

If they go back to trying to play flashy, they will struggle. They need to continue playing tough, gritty footy and completing high.

What do you mean, I wrote Sharks?

Kulikefu Finefeuiaki on debut played Colts for the Blackhawks and a few Cup games last year and went to Ipswich State High.

Very good defender.

It would be good if NRL released a list of all the games Wayne Bennett coached, because I'm pretty damn sure they're including games where he didn't coach such as the Tigers match in '02 and the games where he was suspended for breaching COVID protocols.

Apparently Griffin is training Bhunt at hooker... the Griffinball is going full circle with Bhunt playing dummy half for Griffin

Well apparently Manly has imploded in the last 5 days, and the club is about to be scrapped/defunct/mounted on a wall somewhere.
But I hope the Warriors and Broncs can carry on!

Oh actually, wait on, I've just read that news of Manly's demise may be premature, we've got a game tomorrow at Magic Round. Broncos are going to be ambushed big-time, lol
