I didn't think Jennings would be available, it looks like they will be sweating on him.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Hayne shift to left centre and Morris to the wing if Jennings can't play.

I'd say that's the most likely scenario, Scotty. Can't see Jennings being fit enough by then. And I doubt you could risk him against Hodges (most likely).

If that was a QLD team that had just come off a good win, there would be NO unforced changes, regardless of whether a young prop on the bench provided impact or not.

^ This. He wasn't bad, but he wasn't great.

Galloway off the bench offers more impact in the front row. There's no other reason Stuart would select him in the 20 man squad than to see him playing off the bench. In fact, almost wouldn't be surprised to see him start instead of Mannah.
