Origin star Dale Shearer finally home after crash

Was wondering what happened to him....

FORMER State of Origin rugby league star Dale Shearer is home after a long stint in hospital following a near-fatal road accident in February.
Shearer received severe injuries when he lost control of his four-wheel-drive on the Sunshine Coast and crashed into a culvert.

Police said they were amazed he survived the accident.

Yeah thats what I read as well, and supposedly trying to outrun the cops and misjudged a roundabout. Its great that he's ok but if what the media have said is right, I dont really have any sympathy for someone endangering not only his life but other motorists on the road. All the shit that young people cop for speeding etc and theres people like shearer who still havnt woken up to the dangers of speeding at his age. [icon_thumbs_do
