Hi Guys,

I have just heard from a fairly reliable source that Paul Bunn (Recruitment manager) has handed in his resignation.

If true, thank you for your services over the last 17 years Paul. You have done a great job.

Paul would be one of the last serving employees, that was part of the Wayne Bennett era.

He's not one for the public eye but he's done a very good job in his various roles over the years.

That astounds me for someone who seems to know all the goings on of contract negotiations with all players...Paul Bunn would be critical to that process.

Heh, fair enough.

I ignore any discussion of figures to be honest. I'll comment on articles referring to figures, but ultimately unless you're the football manager, the player manager, the player or the NRL auditor, you have no idea.

If so thank you for your services Paul. The Broncos greatest recruiter was Cyril Connoll who brought 16 of the 17 Broncos from the 2006 Grand Final to the club himself.

Can't remember if I first read it on here somewhere, or on another site, but Melbourne Storm have appointed Paul Bunn as their recruitment manager.

Mostly recently Bunn has served as the Brisbane Broncos football and recruitment manager (1997 to 2011), where he oversaw the recruitment of a number of talented players to NRL level.
