    Why?

    Because you can!

    What's everyone else running with?

I had this built up my Umart in June last year - set myself a budget and I was pretty happy with the return at the time (still am!).

    Memory: Kingston 8G (2x4G) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 HyperX
Case: Sharkoon T9 Value ATX Midi Tower Green
PSU: Antec VP-450P 450W Strictly PSU
    Mobo: Asrock H77-PRO4-MVP
SSD: Intel SSD 120GB 330 Series SATA III 6Gb/s, 25nm, MLC
    CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K LGA1155 CPU 3.4Ghz 6Mb Cache Ivy Bridge
DVD: Samsung 22X DVDRW Black SATA

Also chucked a couple of HDDs and a Blu-Ray drive I already had in when I received it.

Was $832 including build and delivery cost. Does all I need it to!

Nup, don't need one really. Integrated does enough.

I notice there's been a few very decent models on sale lately, so I've been considering a purchase - not that I need one, just cause I like to buy shit. :becky:

  11. Love it! Something I'd build myself.

How are the G930's? I've always had an interest in them but never went the full distance of shelling out the money for one because I didn't want pay the steep price back then (200+).

  12. Sound quality is pretty good, but I haven't really made full use of the surround sound. Well built, still feel as new after more than a year.
They go a fair bit of time without need to recharge too... They're comfy, but a bit on the heavy side, although it doesn't really bother me.

Sometimes I wonder if Porthoz is in fact Bill Gates/Carlos Slim/Warren Buffett/Amancio Ortega.

  16. LOLZ Ning, I wish!

Harry, it came already installed in the Thermaltake case, so I assume it's their own. I haven't checked to be honest...
