Thought I'd get in nice and early after last week's debacle where I simply forgot to get a thread up in time.

All the prelim coaches have been involved in a forum where they've spoken about their upcoming matches.

In other news, the Match Review Committee has cleared Josh Jackson of his chicken wing.

In my opinion, it's completely BS. I'm over the Dogs getting the rub of the green at the judiciary, it reeks of a conflict of interest.

I simply can't believe that. It was identical to the others in the last few weeks and therefore should surely be a similar punishment. I don't even want to draw Greenburg in to the topic, because incompetence is one thing, but a deliberate instruction to the match review committee? That's not just a general cultural NSW bias, that's a directive from a single individual to a supposedly independent match review committee.

Not even shocked tbh.

Yeah I don't think it's bias. Just at that point where you have to kill a bloke (or be named Cameron Smith) to get suspended.

"We have to have the big players in the big games".

It's not right though.

Its called "the Greenberg clause"

I believe that the Roosters V Souths game will decide the premiership both the Bulldogs and Penrith are a bit short of being a premiership team although I would be great to see Penrith win the title.

Since 1974, Bulldogs have appeared in a GF every 10 years. 1974, 1984, 1994, 2004.

The last time Rabbitohs and Roosters played each other in the finals, Bulldogs won the comp against Roosters.

Since 2007, every team that has knocked off Manly have won the premiership which happened to be Bulldogs this year.

In 2004, Bulldogs knocked off Storm & Penrith to advance to the Grand Final. Penrith finished 4th that year and went up against Bulldogs in the preliminary final. They finished 4th this year and again both sides go up against each other in the preliminary final.

In 2004, the Bulldogs captain Steve Price left the club. The Roosters captain Brad Fittler retired. This year Ennis is leaving the club, and Minichiello is retiring..

Roosters vs Bulldogs GF.

In 2004, SBW was playing for the Bulldogs, in 2014, he is not...

Therefore, the lotto numbers for this week will be 12, 16, 27, 32, 34, 40.

But seriously I hope Penrith beats the Bulldogs, and Souths and Roosters batter each other into oblivion so they're cannon fodder for the Panthers the following week.

I don't want the Roosters to be the first team since us to go b2b, and the wankfest that will occur if South Sydney wins is too unbearable to consider even for a second.

Roosters vs Bulldogs GF.

That's some crazy stuff.

I'm supporting Roosters and Panthers wins this weekend.

I have tickets to the GF, i'd prefer it to be a Souths and Bulldogs free zone.

I want the Rabbitohs to win for nostalgia and so the NRL/Channel 9 can get their love out of their system. If it isn't the Broncos, I think it's best for it to be shared around.

Rabbits v Panthers would be a cracking all Sydney GF.
