Sidhe Interactive has recently announced a World Cup update to Rugby League 2 for PS2, a content focused update rather than a new version of the game.

Didn't EA make the PC version of Rugby League on PC back in '95 or 96? And the Super League players weren't added or something like that?

I vaguely remember playing that game once or twice on my mates computer.

Id like Konami or someone like that to have a stab. EA make decent Madden games and thats it. Fifa sucks balls, as does NBA.

Yeah that game was awesome, I used to play it for hours!

Although you only had to go from left to right to score tries but gee it was fun where you were a kid!!

Right on the money. Fifa is Cartman's mum and Pro Evo just sh*ts all over her. The Rugby games, yeah, they're fun for a while, though they lack a decent international season mode, which would take into account international windows etc. Madden is the God of sports games.
