They had to pick Nicholls who has been there all of 2 seconds. Stealing our players again much the same as the 70s

Not sure what you mean. Nicholls is a Sydney lad yeah?

I didn't know the Rabbitohs had signed him but he was never going to get a shot here. Playing for North would not be overly rewarding either. Norths Devils are last on the ladder and were on the receiving end of a walloping on the weekend.

Just a good ol' fashion ribbing of the southerners.

Nicholls for all intents and purposes started the year as a Queensland representative, only to travel down south and after two, perhaps three games for the last placed Bears outfit he's straight into their NSW Resident's side.

Of course, Nicholls was one of the form halves in the NSW Cup last year before the Broncos picked him up as cover and his form has helped the Bears play better footy.

The Bears have a pretty fair halves pairing at the moment in Cody Walker and Darren Nicholls. It'll be interesting to see where they can take the Bears. Currently they're sitting 2/8 but they've got plenty of improvement in them and a couple of quality talents coming through, namely John Olive who could be one to look out for in first grade.

This is not a State Of Origin game it's a game between QLD and NSW cup players who are residing in that particular state. A players Origin is irrelevant.

Don't be too hopeful that the TV coverage is going to go on Sunday.

City Country followed by the test. Doesnt looj like we will get to see the game on the tele.

It's being streamed on the QRL website with a replay set for Saturday.

NSW score but it's all too late.

Queensland 36
New South Wales 32

I missed a fair bit of the first half but it was a nice game from Parcell. Scored a try straight after he came on and the team looked a diferent side when he came on.
Garbutt first run in the second half resulted in a dropped ball (he was carrying very poorly - one handed and not even aginst his body). NSW scored in the next set. Apart from that his runs were ok But Im not sure thats the way to get picked for 1st grade.
Whitchurch didnt get many runs that I saw. His defence was a little suspect - bouncing off A couple of tackles.

Great game; Parcell and Nona Queensland's best and they both won the awards- Nona players' player and Parcell the Coach's award.

If Parcell isn't going to be used by the Broncos, he just got noticed by all the other clubs.

I have a question. I'm not trying to be rude or start anything though, just curious. Would you consider yourself a Broncos fan?

Depends on what you class as a fan- Do I got to games with my face painted and wave a flag yelling out stupid irrelevant things? No.

Do I got to every game and have my whole life, hope the Broncos win and watch a lot of football and involved with the game- yeah.
