Last year, we had turned our season around while Macca was in the side but you've already been told that and are just obviously choosing to ignore it to suit your argument.

I made a prediction that the team would transform immediately if we could get rid of Macca. Not just the attack, but our defence would improve as well. That Macca's massive tackle count was an illusion.

I was right. He was gumming up the works.

As for the last season, we improved massively when he was out for Origin and then he got injured. Yeah sure, we carried him when he returned but that bubble burst against St George.

We were also massively better in the trials with Turpin than Macca. It wasn't exactly rocket science. I'm dumb as rocks and even I could see that.
