The forgotten grand final.

The wet conditions made it a real slog of a game and made it a battle of the forwards. Brisbane always looked the more likely, but didn't build much of a lead and when Dell made a huge gaff it really opened the game right up. It was a shame for Dell because he was having a big game prior to that mistake.

It was difficult to look past the Pearl's hat-trick, but Rhino absolutely terrorised the Sharks in D. I get the distinct impression Bobby Boucher was based on Peter Ryan's effort that night, he was a man possessed.

Webby wasn't great with the ball, but he made it personal with his defence as well. Just watch him come out of the line particularly early on.

Hancock has one of the greatest grand final cameos of all-time. Barely makes it onto the field but makes it count. A nice reward given what happened last season.

What a bloody great kick from Lockyer, they were going nowhere Brisbane and Lockyer trapped them deep in their half with a huge kick.
