25-10 win to the Broncos.

I thought it was a really ill-disciplined performance from the boys, lots of really soft errors and defensive lapses. Hunt played pretty poorly in the first 55 minutes or so, started to get a bit of direction back towards the end, but overall another below average performance from the little general.

Milford carried the load in terms of creativity, proving time and time again that he's the real deal. Massive game from all of the forwards, can't fault any of them, Gillett, Glenn, McGuire, Parker, Blair. All very good. Great game again from Oates & Boyd, good return by Reed as well.

Hopefully Oates' shoulder injury isn't too bad.

3. Gillett
2. Glenn
1. Boyd

Just say fucked, there's a swear filter on the forum for a reason, you don't have to bypass it.

Special thanks go to Roger Tuivasa-Shek.Piss poor last effort from him for a couple of our tries.

Apparently a few weeks for Oates. AC joint.

Two fucking shoulder charges in the tackle on him, all the time in the world to look at it on replay, and no penalty.

I say this with all seriousness, I honestly think the refs from tonight need to be investigated. One of the worst performances from a group of officials I have seen in a long time.

Who replaces Oates then? Surely not maranta??

I call McGuire brisbanes best . Mistake free football .

1. Boyd - His best game since returning by far, well read everything in defense, scored a try and looked urgent. 8.5
2. Kahu - Some cramping issues but given he wasn't even supposed to lay, very good game. 7
3. Reed - Was solid as always and his solid is pretty, pretty good, great try. 7.5
4. Roberts - A little better than last week and that is what you want to see. 5.5
5. Oates - What a player, big loss if he is out for a while. 9.5
6. Milf - He is going to be anything, what a star. 9
7. Hunt - Started to spark that right side late in the game, good to see. 7.5
8. McGuire - Playing like he never got injured. 7.5
9. McCullough - Uncharacteristically long break, solid otherwise. 5.5
10. Blair - Unstatedly good tonight. 8
11. Glenn - Got hammered repeatedly and kept on coming, good game. 8
12. Gillett - My first perfect score for the year, absolute gem, shut down everything that came close, went looking for work, scored a try and was about as perfect as you can get. 10
13. Parker - As good as he always was, another quality game. 7.5

14. Wallace - Solid, didn't give away a penalty but needs to step up in the next few weeks to keep the wolves at bay with a logjam in line for his position. 5.5
15. Thaiday - Stepped up momentum when he came on, big game off the bench. 8.5
16. Joffa - He'll start getting more and more minutes this year, aggressive in everything he did in his limited time on field. 7
17. Kikorima - Played a lot of minutes and more than held his own, he can make scoots well but still needs to work on that defense. 7

Couldn't buy a penalty all night, but that's to be expected. Reminiscent of the GF.

Scrappy game. Disappointed to see an injury late to Oates when nothing was in the balance. Still looking a little rusty in parts but it's early days. Two points is two points.

Josh McGuire Channel 9's MotM.

18 Runs
26 Tackles

Very good, loved his run before the Nikorima break.

Scrappy and still dominant. Week two ill take that.

3. Gillett
2. Boyd
1. McGuire

McGuire had some absolute monster runs. Was superb.

Amazing when you think that Shaun Johnson and or Quade Cooper were on every second person's wish lists on this forum during the dark old days from a couple of years ago.. Certainly glad things panned out as they have

3. Boyd
2. Kahu
1. Milford

Good performance tonight despite being scrappy with errors. We're going to be nigh unstoppable when we reach full gallop.
