Media (probably): yeah but broncos only beat a south’s team without Mitchell so they aren’t contenders. And they haven’t beaten any top 4 teams except for Penrith but that doesn’t count because they were tired and the fact there are only 2 other teams to beat in the top 4 because they’ve been in the top 4 all year. None of it counts and they didn’t have to leave Queensland much and stuff like that.

Discipline poor, completions poor but a brilliant game. Souths never looked comfortable all night and our defence was very strong and committed.

So much effort and character, excellent win.

Great win with heaps of players to still come back we had 2 in the bin and players all over the shop. Great win. Only negative was the discipline.
