Who said not sure if we deserve to win. Of course we did. There was a lot of effort from our boys tonight. No we didn't play great but not for a minute i didn't think we were the worse team out there. Milf is out of form but he's trying his heart out to make things happen. Things seem to be on the improve.

Don't even get me started on the refs. How the **** that Maranta try found its way up to the bunker is one of life's great mysteries. The touchies eyes are literally painted on

Defence was excellent tonight. Shit conditions, but still managed to look dangerous at their line (should have got over a few more times though), solid defence most of the night, one fluke try to the Dragons (Boyd should have got back for that one) - good signs, a good grinding effort.

I'm glad we won, but that was eye-wateringly bad. Any other team in the comp would have beaten us I think and I include the Knights in that, because at least they are willing to have a go.

Oates' family have their feet in their mouths now. Should have never got their mugs on TV and talked shit about Wayne. Now Corey is out of sorts and needs a spell. Maranta is the human snail and thanks bunji Marshall for the win.

Honestly, that was fucking terrible.
Aimlessly running the ball on the last, constantly grubbering into the Dragons' legs, pulling the grand final bullshit of shutting up shop long before full time.

I saw nothing tonight that made me confident for future weeks. Our defence wasn't bad, but it was hard to tell with the sheer incompetence of the Dragons.

We did our best to lose this game too and nearly did. Conceding too much ground and making too few.

Thaiday looks much better on the edges.
Hopefully Oates is alright.
Opa seems pretty solid but as mentioned we aren't as dangerous on the left without Reed.

Milf missed a big inside opportunity but seems to be stepping back up.

Were you expecting flashy brilliance in wet conditions on a shit stadium turf and coming off 3 months of bad form?

It was always going to be an ugly game and an ugly win.

But despite that, it will give them some confidence going forward.

Was happy with Milf tonight. Looked busy and tried to inject himself more tonight. I still think he is trying to pass too much and would love for him to take the line on more but looked pretty good tonight.

Against a horrible team even worse than us. If we were playing any top 8 team tonight, we'd have been pasted.

Of course, but at least a lot of the game was down their end, instead of 60 plus minutes down our end. In the slop, I think we did well. If Hunt can play like that on a dry track, we'll be much better for it. And if Milf runs more close to the line, we'll be much better for it.
