Our defence better tighten up and improve this week as Parra cut us to shreds every time they spread the ball wide and attacked at the fringes. It could happen again as Blake Ferguson, Reece Robinson and Josh Dugan are great attacking players and if they break though our line we could see a repeat of Monday night.

Well with the sides true captain back in Parker I'm suddenly not feeling as gloomy about this game.
Having Reed back is good if only to get Te'o or Glenn out of the centres.

That is precisely what will happen to T'eo and/or Glenn in the centres - they'll get a lot of traffic, just like last week.

And at the same time it would be nice to have Glenn, Thaiday, Gillet and T'eo running at Ferguson and Robinson

Good point there about Ferguson's and Robinson's defence. Ferguson missed 5 tackles, Robinson 3 tackels and their opposite number made 107 m and 136 M respectively and made 2 linebreaks each.

i would 100% prefer this any day of the year but will they do it? they didnt last week. whitchurch was left on the bench with beale pushed to wing. beale in the centres would mean whitchurch starts on the wing (better move than glenn in centres imo).

Did Whitchurch get injured last match or something? It's hard to believe he'd just be hooked...since Wallace somehow played most of the game.

Apparently Reed and Parker are definately back, and Hunt has been training at 5/8th as Norman could be out with injury. It also says Glenn will go back to 2nd row. Personally i'd rather Teo go to 2nd row, but hopefully Hook will juggle our backline around so that Glenn, Teo and Gillett all play in the forwards. Maybe things are looking up for us, especially if Norman is injured
