Glad Lockyer got a farewell win.

Need to improve next week.

Thaiday is in big trouble! That looked really bad, even though it started out just a great driving tackle. Didn't like the way Kite stayed down, I don't think he was hurt and all that did was make it look worse.

On the game...McGuire and McCullough were simply amazing today.

I can see us beating the Worriers, but not much further than that. Melbourne are still a few steps above, the Dragons are getting back into form, and Manly are getting their best players back.

Full credit to McGuire easily the best today made 153 metres in the first half alone. I also thought McCollough and Beale were strong too.

McGuire is just a machine at the moment, and Macca has gone to another level, just love the way he is bringing his forwards onto the ball.

I thought Beale was outstanding at fullback and we won't lose much if he keeps that form going.

On the bad side, I hate the way our outside backs look for themselves first, Yow Yeh slaughtered a chance early on, straight from the Hodgo hog school. We just don't create enough of those chances to waste them with greedy play.

Our D has no impact at all therefore we find it hard to dominate and slow the play the ball. I really don't think we can go much further in the finals.

We weren't good today but I have no doubt we will be up for it next weekend.

We weren't that bad. We were screwed out of a try by the video ref and Parker missed out on another 6 points, so could've easily been closer to a 20 point win. Gee I hope he gets his kicking boots on for the finals.

Just going by what I saw at the game, that Thaiday tackle was a good driving tackle that Kite worsened by twisting around.

Yeah didn't look like much in it. But prob grade 2 so he'll do time.

We can cover the loss of Hoffman and thaiday but we are certainly a weaker side without them. I would imagine Copley will come in for Hoffman. Not sure what will happen with the pack.

Hodges in. Gillett left centre. Reed left wing. Beale fullback. Te'o back to bench.

Yeah didn't look like much in it. But prob grade 2 so he'll do time.

Yep, and there in lies the problem I have with the sentencing from last week, players running in to be involved in fighting compared to a tackle gone wrong. Thaiday may get more time than B Stewart.

IMO it makes the game look stupid.

With the exception of those individually brilliant tries, I thought our attack was utterly ordinary. There is no depth, no runners with time to get some speed. The backline moves start great, then suddenly, the defence are up and the move dies. The timing is all wrong. Even Hook looked appalled when one move by Locky failed cos' no-one knew where to be. Then the constant one-out running without even looking to offload to support, if there is any, which isn't often.

And Gillett? Amazing footwork, good speed, strength, ball skills ... running one-out and dying with the ball mostly. What a waste of a weapon.

We should have crushed them today. Hook has a lot of work to do for the Warrior's match.

I heard Hoffs gone 8-10 weeks, anyone else hear anything else?

Gillett's been playing left, Te'o right, hence what I suggested.

They said on 9 that the doctor wasn't prepared to make a call on what it is until scans are complete. He thinks PCL though.
