Even though a loss I thought it was a pretty good game. Not happy with the tunnel ball the rooters constantly get away with, allows a faster play of the ball.

Will wait until tomorrow before I comment too much. Far too annoyed right now. Billy Slater was sent off last week for something I saw the Roosters do repeatedly tonight. It could be the alcohol and my Broncos coloured glasses though. FFS we need someone who can convert trys, that will start costing us big time.

The referees are gutless as ****, as usual. No team, defending Premiers or not should be allowed to go 10 penalties without a sin bin. That is just sickening.

Disappointing not to get the win for JYY's tribute match but the signs are positive and Hunt improved his game tenfold.

We lost sure but we just dominated the defending premiers for 79 minutes despite a five-eighth who only learned to pass in the final 15 and a centre who was a passenger for 75 minutes. Hunt was amazing.

Ben Hunt MOTM in a losing team. I'm very happy with the game even if we lost, we really only got fucked my goal kicking.

Can't be disappointed with that loss guys. Some really standout players. Hunt - showing us what he can do.

More thoughts tomorrow. Reed was bad, despite the try. He cost us 2 tries tonight. I think that game will make people take notice.

It's a tough loss to swallow, but we did play really well. Every team should be very concerned about facing us. A top 4 finish isn't out of the question and a top 8 finish is almost a certainty going by that performance. Hunt needs to keep up his form and Hoffman needs to keep fucking passing.

It's the sort of loss I haven't experienced in a longtime, I can understand people being guttered about it, hell I am too, but its a loss you can still walk away with pride in how much the side wanted this and there's been far too many games since 2012 where you walked away just feeling absolutely empty, this isn't one of them.

Hoffman must be under instruction not to pass. two passes for two tries in the end.. pass more ffs.

Corey parker does a mountain of hit ups and tackling, there's no way his legs have the fitness to convert tries. surely someone else can kick goals. its been a bigger conundrum than our halves
