Though Alex Glenn had a really good game too after a quiet one last week. Big fan of Gillett as a player, but sometimes he almost tries too hard - especially in defence tonight, he was expending a lot of energy running around trying to make a big hit. Should be a little more patient, wait for players to run in his zone and then smash 'em. Norman had some classy touches too, needs to up his involvement but that will come over time. If Wallace and McCullough can control like they did tonight, Norman can take his time.

Bonehead play of the evening goes to Te'o (I won't miss a chance to lay the boot in) for that shoulder charge on Soward. We were already looking slightly off the pace but off the following penalty they scored and then racked up 3 quick tries. Put us under unnecessary pressure.

Hannant is a machine. I looked at his states at halftime and he has nearly 100m gained. Plus the most tackles for the match. We scores most of our points when macca was on and he made some crucial tackles in defence. Wallace directed the team around the park pretty well.

Like most people said, it could've gone any way with those three really. Only voted that way because of their influence on the park and team. While Macca certainly had everyone beat in the first half, Wallace put in a 80 minutes consistent effort at high level.

Thaiday needs to get his head and hands right. He cost us dearly tonight with his 3 mistakes!
