SOO Game 3 Pre Sale

Got an email a few weeks ok giving me a code for being an NRL.com subscriber to get early access to Game 3 tickets which is suppose to give you access this morning to get in. The email also stated they would send another email before ore sale with prices and links. They never sent me the second email and on Ticketek website it still has Game 3 as coming soon. Anyone else having this problem? Any help would be much appreciated looking at taking a mate for his first time next year. Cheers

They never sent me the follow up email detailing this
