Was 18-14 with 4 minutes to go. Sharks threw like 20 passes in consecutive plays...only for Luke Douglas to throw a woeful pass to Alan Tongue, who passed to Campese to run 70 metres and score the matchwinner. They got NFI.

Sharks actually looked dangerous in attack for once but execution let them down.

Raiders had some awful calls go against them though, some real shockers.

I remember people saying that Sharks are going to do better this year. I always failed to see how. Before they had Brett Kimmorley, and whether you love him or hate him, he could organize as side. Brett Seymour or Trent Barrett doing it = lolz. I haven't watched this game, but I'll assume that's partially what their problem was.

Barrett was ordinary. Seymour was MIA from what I saw.

Sharks were in it they just shot themselves in the foot when it mattered most. I loved the fact that Simmons got a hat-trick because it has won me the game against Shaun!

I can't really see it getting any better for the Sharks. They really missed Gallen's leadership and direction tonight. If they attack like tonight in some other games they could be dangerous but if not their sitaution won't improve a great deal at all.

How good is Josh Dugan? This kid is going to be something special. I hope the Raiders can keep him, I'd hate to see him go to the roosters.
