Alright, pretty sure i made a thread like this on the old BHQ before it was destroyed by a stray North Korean nuclear missile, so i thought i'd make another one!

Basically, what different kind of bias views, etc do you hold about the Broncos whether it be players, the club, old mate Bruno or whatever.

I'll start us off:

I don't rate Steve Michaels at all.

Michaels is crap.

Thaiday needs to be used wider (good to see it happen on friday!)

Hodges isnt half as good as most ppl on here think he is, and he needs to pull his finger out and show why he should even be considered for origin ever again

I think Hunt is the best rep fullback in the world. He should be the starting fullback for QLD. Slater has speed, which barely ever works in Origin, but he kills 90% of our attacking raids with horrible passing and vision, and is possibly the most unreliable fullback on the planet. Karmichael Hunt has to be dropped from the QLD Origin team. He's nothing on the quicksilver that is Billy Slater. He's not our best option at centre or wing, so he is just wasting a bench spot which could be used by another utility forward when our pack gets tired at the back end of each 40.

The only reason i think ppl like yourself and I are so critical of the broncos is because we watch so many other games (every other game in my case). I think you can be critical and picky when you can see the good and bad from other clubs on a weekly basis

What? Speak for yourself!

Hammo is no more critical of our team than anyone else around here. In fact, I think Hammo's pretty reasonable.

You're just super critical of the Broncos because you love the Storm.

LOL. if you had ever actually spoken to me in real life you would know i am definitely not a storm fan. i can recognise they have some brilliant talent in inglis and slater but im far from a fan of the storm. and of course u are going to say hammo is reasonable compared to me... u hate me lol.

-No more bulk buying of players, especially NSW players.

-Sims will never be a bronco in my eyes. Webcke/Gee/Thorn/Carroll/Petero/Tallis/etc >> Daylight >> Fran Drescher >> Ashton Sims

-The return of Tonie Carroll made me very happy. His first game back made me realise why I have always supported this club. Because before 2009, we always had tough inspiring players of his calibre who never gave up. Carrolls impact is huge and I will cherish every second he is on the field for the rest of this year.

Just on that.

If they were to go ahead and play Origin post-Grand Final, when would they play the Tri-Nations/Ashes/Four-Nations/Any other international series. They couldn't hold it while Origin was on, so you would need 30 weeks for the Premiership season (because there is no way the NRL are ever going to shorten it), 2 weeks off, 6 weeks for Origin, 2 weeks off, and upto 6 weeks for an International tournament. For the elite players, that is 46 weeks of training and playing all year, which would burn them out even more than what they are getting on the current schedule.

Honestly I cannot see anything improving or any good coming out of Origin being played after the end of the season.
