Gilletts attempt on Moa is inexcusable. He should be sent to Redcliffe to learn about commitment. That piss poor effort alone cost us a victory.

Re: Round 3 - Broncos v Roosters - Post Match Discussion

Griffin is delusional if he is happy with that result. Mediocrity seems to acceptable with Hook. He will never drop someone for poor performance yet Gillett should be in Q Cup next week.

Yeah okay. Lets blame the loss on this and totally ignore Reed's miss on SKD, Parker's dropped ball that lead to that try or hell even the knock on from Maranta that lead to the Cordner try. FMD.

I was really, really impressed with how we played today. Hunt had his best game in our colours (better than the Knights game imo) and I didn't even mind Hoffman running the ball so often, he's elusive as they come, always drags in defenders and is pulling off some hits in defence. Vidot has been enormous since he's signed for us, returns kicks strongly and then ALWAYS puts his hand up for a hit up that set, absolutely love it.

Parker's offloading game was back this week and some of the ones he pulled off were absolutely magical, hope to see this continue.

Little disappointed in Barba's involvement - would like to see him float around the middle of the park a little more and connect with one of the aforementioned Parker offloads.

All in all, gutted we lost but absolutely over the moon about where our club is already in 2014.

Gillett makes one miss and aside from that has an amazing game, yet that is all you will talk about.

Mediocrity? You have to be kidding. We lost on goal kicks to the premiers.

I hope you were drunk at the time of posting this agenda driven drivel

New thread created for the latest agenda... so keep the Gillett is shit rants here, especially you 88to2006Glorydays.

After the first game against the Bulldogs I thought he would be one of the players dropped. I even said it on here that he should be. But after the last two games I don't think he should be dropped at all. 99% of his tackles look like they're going to hurt if you run at him. In attack I think the fact that he has no idea what he's doing confuses the defense.

this is really stupid,, other then one poor attempt gillett has been outstanding in the early rounds

I agree with the OP's title. Gillett is so awesome he can play both QLD Cup and NRL on the same weekend and do great at both. Not sure it is worth the injury risk though.

Shame he doesn't qualify for the NYC he could play 3 levels in one weekend then.

He'd also play Jersey Flegg and be in two places at once. ;)

he was able to till his delorean got impounded.

He should just go all Bill & Ted when he gets it back and go back in time and warn himself of the speed trap. Solved.
