It's funny - looking at that jersey it actually looks more modern than the eventual 1988 jersey. But of course that could be down to material. If it was in that heavy-weave material it'd look very early-1980's BRL.

I'm not fussed on the jersey, but I reckon you're onto something there.

Conflicting angles and identical colours really look odd with the chevron and colour. Needs contrast.

White away jersey GOAT.

EDIT : Dunno about the long sleeves either. Maybe good for winter. Might help with ball control a bit. Aesthetically though, think it's naff.

Shorten the sleeves and I don't mind it. Not the best, but we've had worse lately.

What's with the model jersey always being 2 sizes too big on the player? This year's away jersey looked horrible in the photos for this reason, but looked pretty good on game day when the players wore jerseys that actually fit.

Sleeves too long for modern rugby league (it looks ill fitting) and I've always hated the floppy collar on last years heritage (like it would have been a 10/10 without a collar - whereas clown collar takes it to a 7 for mine).

If this is the heritage jersey GTFO.
