The run home

[Super Freak]

This weekend we'll be starting our run home towards the finals. So, I've decided that each week I'm going to make videos of classic matches between the Broncos and the teams they play on the run home. I will also be uploading extended highlights, as well.

First up, the Round 12 clash between the Broncos and the Eels in 2008.

I'll be posting the videos in this thread.

Also, I'm a little undecided on which Storm game to use. The Grand Final, Round 2 2009 or Round 15 2015.. Not sure.

If people think Gould is bad now, you should hear him back then..

He didn't have as much love for the Broncos.

Every chance he got he would take shots at the Broncos and claim that we introduced "stepping off the mark" and then he would just carry on about it. Apparently no other team was doing it and we were the ones that started it in 2008.

He actually isn't anywhere near as bad today. He is more of a fan today.

I was at that Storm game last year, we are get one stinking Broncs game a year and that was the game I came away spruiking to all and sundry we were premiership contenders. That defense was the best I've ever seen that day and an epic try from us to go with it.

One of the Broncos vs Roosters just had to be this one. It was arguably our best ever game against them.

I was in Kiwi at the time with my parents. I made them wait in a freezing cold and wet car park in Te Kuiti, as the next leg of our drive was through areas with no radio.
