Indeed. The game in question the Broncos won 46-18 to go into the grand final. Locky was unbelievable that day.

If I remember rightly too Phil Gould had a giant tantrum prior to the match or afterwards about having to play in Brisbane and that all finals matches should be played in Sydney. Lockyer was outstanding in that match Coxy, reminds me of his effort earlier in 1998 against the Bears after he got crucified for his testmatch match and every man and his dog was calling him to never play for Australia again, that proved the champion he was to become.

Yep, the Roosters were unlucky in that every game they played was away for them. Too bad.

That actually wasn't the game I was referring to. I believe it was the preliminary final or at least the final game against the Roosters.

I caught the first half of the game and we were being totally out enthused and we weren't playing as a unit.

MotM Tallis was also responsible for the Doggies two tries.
