Alright, so i made this thread before the start of last season, and we all did fairly horribly with our predictions.

Anyway, time to do it again!
I know i said this last year, but i reckon Lagi Setu will prove a lot of people wrong. Ben Te'o as well in fact. I think both had a bit of trouble last season adjusting to a new city, a new state, a new team. We only ever really saw flashes of potential from them. If we use them correctly, we could have two barnstorming back-rowers on our hands. IMO, they picked up their form at the back end of the season, and i think that's because they became accustomed to the way we play, their teammates and what not. I see no reason why they can't continue their improvement this season, and TBH, i'm a bit surprised so many people on BHQ seem to have written them off. They're only young lads, so they still have plenty of time on their side. Maybe one of them can become the aggressive forward type we have been lacking?
I'm not sure what's happening with Tunza, but i'm expecting to see Alex Glenn make the lock position his own this season. Glenn is oozing talent and i don't think he'll realise his full ability if we continue to use him in a utility role. I genuinely believe he'll be a star in the near future. He's got a great tackling technique, has some pace, ball playing and silky footwork are both in his repertoire as well. Stick that in a mixing bowl, pour it in a cake tin, cook it in a moderate oven, and you have one hell of a player. He'll go gangbusters this year.
In terms of the backs, obviously we've lost Hunt, and Hodges is going to miss at least half of the season, so we really need some players to step up. As some of you may know, i have big wraps on Jharal Yow Yeh, in fact i am the captain of his love boat. I'm hoping he can tie down one of the wing spots, because well quite frankly, he is a brilliant player and could be devastating for us if he develops more in size and strength. Last season i also noticed that he isn't too bad under the high ball, which could be well handy for us if we have Izzy and him on opposite sides of the field. Two massive threats there. Then of course, there is Denan Kemp. I'm quite happy to write off last season as there are just too many factors that could have affected his form at the Warriros. We've all seen what he's capable of and whether he is at fullback or on the wing, he's an outstanding player to have on your side. Electric pace and incisive running make him a foreboding danger from anywhere on the field. I've no doubt he'll get back to his best in 2010.
Other names i am excited to see are Tim Smith, who i think will be a marvellous acquisition in the long run, and Scott Anderson, who i'm hoping can help fill the void left by the departure of Joel Clinton.
Also, sorry if i haven't worded that too well, it's 2am and i'm hitting the hay.
Who will be your players to watch in 2010?
