1999: 3 vs 6 (3 wins)
2000: 1 vs 2 (1 wins)
2001: 1 vs 3 (3 wins)
2002: 1 vs 4 (4 wins)
2003: 1 vs 2 (1 wins)
2004: 1 vs 2 (2 wins)
2005: 4 vs 5 (4 wins)
2006: 1 vs 3 (3 wins)
2007: 1 vs 2 (1 wins)
2008: 1 vs 2 (2 wins)
2009: 4 vs 8 (4 wins)

Dragons will win.

Interesting though that the minor premiers have only won the premiership on 3 occasions in the last 11 seasons. So the Dragons are far from certain to win it should they make it....

Probably a bad stat for the Roosters too if no team outside the top 4 has ever won it - although this year the top 4 is particularly weak
