The curtain raiser for the Men's final.

Hufanga and Hall are a huge threat for Australia, those two have been some of the best performing players of the comp.

Both players have been difficult to contain, Hall especially, and do a pretty good job of getting NZ on the front foot to give the likes of Nicholls, Roache, McGregor and Rota the time and space they need to create points.

If Australia can limit their go forward, that will give Australia the advantage. With the likes of Aiken, Kelly, Sergis and Bremner in the backline, they should have the class to get the job done.

I hope Australia make a late change and have Brigginshaw playing that ball-playing lock role. I don't think she has the pace for halfback anymore, but whenever she's played that ball-playing lock role, she's done a pretty good job and has been her usual threatening self.

Australia have won their last 5 against NZ and haven't lost to them since that Test match at Newcastle in 2016.

Donald has shown his bias in selecting Sergis still - she makes so many costly errors and isn't as reliable as a Ciesiolka or Chapman, not even taking them being Broncos into account

Bench is a worry with a hooker, small second-rower/prop, another second row and fullback. Hope Mato and Johnston have the legs

Let's go Jillaroos.

That was a rubbish kick from Brigginshaw. Too soft.

Kiwis defence tested early and they did well.

Good try from Sergis.

Brigginshaw feigned to go long and went short to Sergis which opened the gap and Sergis just powers her way over.

Australia are muscling up in defence trying to keep NZ pinned in their end.

Australia doing well so far to limit NZ's go forward.

That's the second set in a row NZ haven't made it out of their own half and Australia have started their sets in good positions.

I don't know why NZ didn't go left after Rota's break.

Aus were short.

Can you do that a bit more next season Ali?

Nice try from Australia.

Brigginshaw is doing really well today so far. Fucking risky offload, though. Then Aiken creating the try on the next play with the long cutout to Kelly.

Australia's line speed has been really good.

NZ aren't getting any metres.

And then they concede a penalty..

It was going good.

Jeez that was a stupid pass from Aiken.

Overplaying there. Didn't need to throw the pass. Just take the tackle.

That's a fucking strip.

ROBINSON!
