Put down the team you would name as your best ever in the years you have been watching Rugby League.

I've been watching the game since I was very young, but I'm gonna base it from 1994 onwards when I really started to love and understand the game. Put players out of position if need be.

1. Darren Lockyer
2. Greg Inglis
3. Steve Renouf
4. Justin Hodges
5. Lote Tuqiri
6. Johnathon Thurston
7. Allan Langer
8. Shane Webcke
9. Cameron Smith
10. Glenn Lazurus
11. Brad Clyde
12. Nathan Hindmarsh
13. Jason Smith
---------------
14. Petero Civoniceva
15. Steve Price
16. Darren Smith
17. Andrew Johns

------------------

-----------------------------

Note this team is selected purely on NRL level, I haven't taken rep games into consideration otherwise my team would be different. These are the players I have enjoyed watching the most week in week out at NRL level. Some may not necessarily be the best but definitely entertaining to watch :)

As for leaving out Smith, seriously he's awesome but I really find him boring to watch and I hate him at nrl level annoying sooky grub, only love him at Origin level :)

Edit: Forgot about bedsy.

Clintos raises an interesting point. I have a feeling that by the time Inglis retires we will be looking back on his career wondering how good he would've been if he played fullback. He's a great centre but watching him in his Qld Cup days and early days of his Nrl career that he would be an even better fullback. I'd even consider playing him at fullback for Queensland next year with Hodges and Tonga in the centres.

Spot on Jeb.

Anyone who saw Inglis play fullback for the Devils or QLD U17 & U18's can truly appreciate how good Inglis is at the back. He should be there for the Storm, and he probably would be if Slater could competently perform in another position.

Would be the best fullback in the world IMO.

That's not a side. Because to get all 17 fit and in form at the same time would be impossible :-)

Would you seriously put Farah over Smith? And if so, would you seriously also pick Farah over Buderus? Really?
No I wouldn't. However I don't like Smith, Buderus is another argument I actually liked him just forgot about him!
I'd have him there first :)

Shit! I completely forgot about Mick Hancock :(

Meh. Another player with great talent and an inability to apply it consistently. Needed a coach who could get the best out of him. Preferably a tall, skinny, balding one.

Lowertiti ranks alongside Foundmyweener in the funny names chart.
