Broncos to be forced into backline reshuffle against Panthers in Round 1 | 7NEWS

The NRL finally returns this week, with the Broncos to take on reigning premiers Penrith on Friday night.

Brisbane will most likely be forced into a backline reshuffle for the toughest away trip in the competition, with new signing Reece Walsh still recovering from a fractured eye socket.

"It's disappointing that Walshy won't be able to pull on a Broncs jersey but Selwyn [Cobbo] had a quality trial and I'm excited to see what he can do and he's a big body." - Patrick Carrigan, Broncos captain.
