Your NSW Team

I can't see Daley changing much other than for injuries. Why change a series wining side too much for Game 1?

Moylan - he's class and they should be looking to the future (I also suppose he could fill in the halves if any injury)
Dugan
Jennings
J. Morris
Tupou
Reynolds
Hodkinson
Woods
Farah
Gallen (I'm assuming he will be there for Origin)
Scott
Hoffman
G. Bird

Merrin
Tamou
Klemmer
Watmough

I will expect changes after they get flogged in Game 1

I'm starting to come around on the idea of playing Moylan.

I still believe Stewart is a better fullback on his day and basically does everything you want Moylan to do but injuries are a concern and I think you need to select a fullback who by rights will be able to play all three games.

I don't think Stewart has that in him anymore.

So Moylan would be my choice at the moment. What I like about him is his ability to lift in the big stages during games - that's an important asset you need in this arena and out of all the other candidates, he's the best man for the job.

Sadly, they'll probably go for Dugan.

The choice of FB will depend very much on the halves he ends up going with. A halves pairing like last year without a creative FB is asking for trouble IMO.

Despite the injuries and possible suspensions I'm still pretty relaxed about it all and I know that NSW will name a competitive team that will be hard to beat. The Blues have got some depth in positions now and there are still some very good options out there, and we also did it last year with injury concerns.

I'm confident Moylan will recover in time for Game 1 just hearing about he has a hand injury. He played on with it on Sunday.

Walker played on with a busted hand and ended up missing several weeks. Might be the same here

1. Moylan
2. Johnston
3. Jennings
4. Dugan
5. Tupou
6. Maloney
7. Pearce
8. Woods
9. Farah
10. Tamou
11. Cordner
12. Hoffman
13. Gallen (c)

14. Lewis
15. Scott
16. Fifita
17. Merrin

With Bird probably missing I think they'll go with something similar to this.

I think they find room for Klemmer personally. At the expense of Scott or Lewis IMO

I'm still pretty clueless in terms of the NSW team, there's so many spots that could go to several players.

1. Dugan
2. Tupou
3. Jennings
4. J.Morris
5. Johnston
6. Maloney
7. Pearce
8. Woods
9. Farah (c)
10. Tamou
11. Cordner
12. Scott
13. Merrin

14. Lewis
15. Frizell
16. Fifita
17. Klemmer

Gallen has officially ruled himself out.

Just to take a punt at it...

1. Moylan
2. Tupou
3. Jennings
4. J.Morris
5. Dugan
6. Maloney
7. Hodkinson
8. Woods
9. Farah
10. Fifita
11. Hoffman
12. Cordner
13. Merrin

14. Lewis
15. Tamou
16. Klemmer
17. Scott

Their halves rank somewhere between ordinary and shit but their forwards are still very strong and they have some weapons in the backline.

A good game tonight from Pearce and he'll be there.

That try from Boyd highlights why I don't think Dugan should play Origin.

Has that crucial mistake in him at the back that could well and truly hurt the Blues.

I'd have him right up there as the most overrated player in the game.

1. Dugan
2.
3. Jorris
4. Jennings
5. Tupou?
6. Maloney/Hodkinson
7. Pearce
8. Woods
9. Farrah
10. Fifita?
11. Hoffman
12. Scott?
13. Merrin?

14. Lewis?
15. Klemmer
16. Cordner
17.

What I think they'll go with. Tamou possibly gets the 17 but that might be a tough too heavy and the other winger will be someone like McAnus....maybe Moylan.

Dugan over Moylan seems criminal to me. Thanks NSW selectors!

It's hard to see where the points are going to come from. It's pretty much 2 younger Shane Perri and a Josh Hoffman in terms of creativity there. Well, I might be exaggerating a bit....but just a bit.

That spine has zero creativity outside of Farah and maybe Pearce (and that's a stretch). Hoppa and Cordner must be the golden boys of NSWRL, they haven't really done much to warrant selection over Lewis and Johnston.

Hoppa is a pretty bad choice, but come on, Johnston is even more overrated.

Agree that Lewis should be there though, he was one of their best players last year, really troubled us with his footwork and his runs.

Luke Lewis is one of their very few players who'd make our side, insane to leave him out.
