This is seriously uncharted territory, I've never seen a Broncos team lose games like this in my entire time as a fan.

Seibold has pretty much inherited this roster, so there's not a whole lot of blame that can go to him apart from his interchange use, which has been nearly as bad as Bennett's last year, Carrigan should've come on earlier and shouldn't have gone off, I have no idea why Ofahengaue keeps getting second stints, his second stints have cost us 2 games by my calculations, he's that out of shape he is incapable of making tackles in the second half of games, absolutely shocking and deserves to be dropped because of his match fitness.

Also, we need to seriously start considering measuring players intelligence levels before we sign them, I know that might sound harsh, but I think 1-17 we have the stupidest team in the NRL. These guys lack so much situational awareness and collective reasoning in clutch situations that it's almost impressive how many incorrect decisions they make per game. We could have the most talented team in the competition, but without intelligence, we're not going anywhere. Look at our opposition tonight, they're not talented, they're a bog average roster with intelligent game managers, Farah, Brooks, Reynolds, they know what to do and where to put their team to win footy games week after week, everything they do has thought and preparation behind it. Everything our halves do has absolutely no cohesion, training or planing by the looks of it, these guys have taken their "X-Factor" label quite literally and seemingly have no interest in forming or working to a game plan that can reliably win us football games.

All I can say to Seibold is good luck, because this team needs a complete overhaul if we want to win a premiership, or 4-5 years of completely reinstalling the way they play football on a fundamental level.

There is a reason Cronk and Smith are 2 of the best players in the comp and future hall of famers and it’s not because of their athleticism or talent...

Boyd was great under the highball tonight. Threw a great ball to Oates that was pulled up unfortunately. Ran with a little more intent. He was better than last week.

Had another convenient slip when he was last defender in the line.

This club has the biggest fanbase in the League, and considering how this site damn near melted down at full time, I'd say there is a lot of very unhappy fans out there.

At least he had some idea how to use them.

There's no way this is an issue of talent, we've seen what they can do against the Cowboys, that's the only time this year Seibold ha got them pumped for a game.

He's clearly a rookie coach who has a lot of learning, it's no surprise Bennett has walked into the Rabbitohs and they've been a really good team from round 1.

I don't recall a single season under Bennett where I thought we had no chance at the business end and while it's too early to call I've got serious, serious concerns about us even making the 8 this year.

If we miss the 8 that is absolutely and utterly on Seibold. There is no excuses, we are a top 4 roster.

We are a top 4 roster with a bottom 4 spine

I'm not confident of beating the Titans.
Jeez we may have actually scraped right through the bottom of the barrel now lol. For what it's worth, I don't disagree - hard to go into any game with confidence at the moment.

Happy we let go of Bennett. We needed a change, just wish we could change some of the players that we signed long term under Bennett - Boyd Milf and MIlf.Kodi has been our best spine player over the season yet most criticised.

haha sorry mate.

I misread @I bleed Maroon original post. I thought he said Bennett lovers.

Forgive me. Youthful exuberance.

Its lack of leadership and lack of on field game manager. Fix that, everything starts to fix itself!

Been saying this since Lockyer retired, and it is on the club's head that this absolutely critical issue hasn't been sorted yet.

I just find it hard to believe what we saw tonight was what Anthony Seibold has been coaching them. The amount of one off the ruck runs with absolutely zero support was nothing short of embarrassing for the Broncos and they just look completely out of their depth. In the first two rounds, the Broncos appeared to be looking to play in certain parts of the football and give themselves some opportunities around the short-sides and it was pretty to watch. Tonight their best play was to put up the hail mary and take advantage of the Tigers back three. In fairness, that was the Tigers best play as well, but their defence was a lot better than the Broncos.

They're in a hole right now and there's no obvious answers or magic wand that's going to get them out of this predicament. At the moment, they're just beating themselves and there's no confidence in the playing group. Why did Corey Oates throw that pass to Bird? Why didn't he just back himself? Moses Mbye was never going to stop him that far out. Oates was good tonight as well, one of Brisbane's best but that play just typified where their head was at.

Same with that penalty against Reynolds. Honestly, Boyd was lucky the referees found Reynolds half a fraction off-side because it was embarrassing from the former Test player.

Officially it's the worst start to a Broncos season since 2010. I'm seeing a lot of the same qualities I saw that season and I genuinely find it difficult to envision them clawing their way back into this year.

Maybe it's the recession the Broncos needed to have?

I think there was one set of six in defence he was involved in every tackle. He is a machine, has to start next week.
I saw that the forth tackle in that set he was running away from the play and the player ran towards him so he decked him in a flash. He was my only highlight of the night.
