Some journos reckon he will get 6 weeks. Originally 8 but two games off for the guilty plea.

6 weeks is not enough.

Anything less than 12 weeks and I'll be pissed off..As much for the way he carried on after the full time interview. Then he carried on again back at the after game accommodation, giving it to Ezra.
Let's be totally honest here, he only fessed up when that damaging video came out of him mouthing the " fucking monkey " words as clear as day.
Then he deserves another couple of weeks for that smug cheesey grin he had on his face the whole time..

It depends on what angle the nrl want from it.

If they want to push the "stamp out racism" 6 weeks will be a disaster. Not just bcos of the length but also bcos of the fact we play the Roosters in week 9. The entire week will be about the racism in the game if he plays. Will give the game lots of feeling and publicity but it won't be good publicity for the game. Will look even worse if he does something again, and tbh, the stupidity of the bloke I will put $100000 that he does lol..

Yep anything under 8 weeks is purely for the Leniu vs broncos return match ... which would be the complete opposite of trying to stamp out racism, because they know the game would be promoted on the fact that he's a racist ****.

It would be a fucking horrible game to watch as well, because it would be all about emotion and bashing ala souths vs rorters a couple years back when players were binned all over the place and the game was garbage from the start.

Will be interesting to see if the NSWRL will, for once!!, take the high ground and ensure that he is not playing in Round 9... I have zero faith that they will.

I called him a monkey - said it was all fun and games - went after him at the hotel because it was HIS fault for calling out MY racism - walked through the airport like a smug oaf grinning like a Cheshire Cat with a horse faced Roosters official petting me on the back - waited 5 days for the evidence to be obvious before delivering a chatGPT apology.

Makes him and the Roosters even more scummy, IMO. They knew he said it at the start of the week, but waited until they had no chance but to plead guilty to apologise.
