6 penalties and 6 errors? You are making a bad argument. How about this.

Broncos ran for more meters despite 50% possession. Made more post contact meters, more tackle breaks, our average set distance was 5 meters more and our play the ball speed was faster.

But yes cling to your field position. Dunce.
We must have watched a different game. Didn't realise the we were all over their 20m line. I'll rewatch

We literally beat them in every contributable stat in the forwards. Our 10 even scored a solo effort try lol.

Yes it seems you were watching a different game.

Cool. You can cling to that. Remind me of our losses this year? 7 games in?

I think we all agree that our ball discipline could and should be better, that we leave a lot of points out there and that we play that high risk high reward style brand of footy.

But also let’s not forget we haven’t had a settled team out there yet…… but we’re winning.

Room for improvement, and no one will understand that better than Kevvie and the players themselves.

Long way to go yet but we’ll get there.

I have to mention the drop out from Walsh that went 65m on the fly and forced the tigers to start their set on the half way line. I think that is way more valuable than a 40/60 chance of getting the ball back/ turning it over.
I agree. The 5th tackle ended on the 20 m line. Not every drop out will go this far but way better to give them 1-2 tackles on our line rather than the whole set.

Playing patchy and winning

is better than playing tight and losing.

Get everyone on the field at the same time for a few games in a row and we will start to click.

Some real good signs......

Yeah I think I'll take the wins. We've been plagued with injury this year. Should've been in damage control mode but we're getting enough W's which is a blessing. We're still in a very good position. Once everyone is back we can plow through anyone.

I am off to bed I will try and keep my teasing to minimum

Yeah I think Staggs is in trouble, that tackle was late and high...so he should get a fine because this comp is a lottery when it comes to the judiciary.

Reminded of the Lockyer days when they'd be cunted 50+ on the fly every time. Love to see it after all the rubbish we've had with short dropouts.

And if they aren't going to do that every time, then at least drill it toward the sideline and try and get it to kick up over the defenders or do a shorter chip that goes 20m into no man's land and have a speedster like Mariner or Walsh come flying off the line to try and get to it
