I used to think this was a thing with Milf and Hunt, but Macca is just dumb. Any specific examples?

Would be hard to see on replay... As you'd need a wider shot which you get from the stands. I think this is what causes a larger divide between members of BHQ.. Some of us see the whole picture. The failures to execute plays.. when the coverage switches perspective often.

There were 3 times.

One. Macca intentionally grabbed the pass out of the air when Milford was caught on 4th in a tackle, Turpin threw his arms in the air, Macca put up a kick . First half

Two. We had just earned great field position after a while in D, momentum started to shift our way, again, Milford was unavailable for the kick. We had all the space out wide on the right, could of easily went through the hands, Turpin called the ball, repeat set would of started building some pressure which was sorely needed... Macca steps off his right after seeing and hearing turpin's call, goes back in field to Flegler ON THE 5TH! Flegler attempts an offload - error. No kick. Incomplete set

Three. I'm too mad to recall the specifics but again Macca turned it back the other way Turpin looking around at team mates as if to say , "did you hear me call it?" Again wasted set

Haas and Lodge were poor as well, but I can forgive a 19 year old forward getting beaten by a half. Darius losing his centre of balance just trying to turn was a horrible sign. I don't think he 'dogged' it, I just think he's past it.

Like I said in the Game Day thread, the Broncos cannot handle adversity. When everything is going their way, they look like world beaters. However, if the bounce of the ball, a few penalties and a few injuries go against them they fall into a hole. I feel for anyone who went out to Suncorp this afternoon because they just wasted your time and money.

Was just wanting to bring out the ya'll while everyone was mad as heck

Turps was brilliant. There are no other positives to take out of that shit show.

Excellent from Turpin. First name on the team sheet next week. Attitude was abysmal from most of them. Shiba offers nothing. Kennar did ok.

His runs out of dummy half are slow , he doesn’t find support cause he gets caught by three defenders and then usually has a slow play the ball

didn't get to watch the game - can someone fill me in on what transpired? how bad is Dearden's injury? Was Macca starting or Turps? How did the game unfold?

Turpin started, then was promptly replaced by Macca with the sort of results you'd expect after Dearden went off. Dearden has a high ankle sprain and is looking at 4-6 weeks. It was pretty much a catastrophe of a game.

I'll keep an eye out on the replay. Again, I was saying this for a long time here. Macca would ignore Milf with space to play, go to Hunt, Milf waves his arms and easy turn over. But I don't doubt Macca wanted to shine today.

Let's not blame the 3 players out. Titans also had players out too, they wanted it more. That was prob our worst performance of the year. Yes we lost Deardon which sucked but it was a chance for the 1 million man Milf he can control the game, yet he still can't. Still has a shit passing game for a half and his running game now is running into defenders. Boyd and Macca just retire or leave after this season. We can't win with them and Milf as our spine. Pathetic.
I don't see Isaako as our FB too, he looks like he has no passing or short kicking game. He is rarely breaking tackles and has shit post contact metres. We need changes

Ha. Yeah. . See how he bent the knee to Roberts? Come to think of it, Roberts is a superior fullback to what Boyd is and it isn't his natural position

The one glaring example was that fifth tackle play where Macca went back inside to Flegler, but that's just the Broncos system and they love that inside ball. The fact Macca played for Turpin for the first try dispells that conspiracy theory, the Broncos are just obsessed with playing down the left. Even when Turpin was the 9, Dearden rarely sees much football.

I don't think Macca was out to sabotage Turpin, I just think he's a boring hooker with no feel for the position.

Mate they had Cartwright and Taylor out... That's like us having Macca and Boyd out.

Sure we were pretty flat but I think Seibs now has us playing way too structured and predictable, it took us 70 minutes to try some unstructured play (with offloads) and straight away we scored some points.

A bunch of rookies and washed up veterans who are coached by a spud. Today's result doesn't shock me. It was always going to be a tough match as are all the matches when your side is nothing special (even at full strength).

Well it was the same thing under Bennett last year so I guess we haven't quite gotten rid of the rot the messiah created at this club.
